Nutrition is not about dieting; it is about creating that lifestyle change
that enhances your quality of life.
Functional fitness and nutrition, play a significant role in building a, functional
“you”. It is significant that we fuel our bodies with the right nutrition, as it goes
beyond just fuelling your body for, training.
Nutrition is either the most powerful source of medicine, or the slowest form of
poison. If we are not mindful of what we consume, we can harm our bodies,
resulting in negatively impacting your overall health and quality of life.

Tips to clean living lifestyle.
Your body was not designed to have processed foods full of SUGAR! Processed
foods are made to have a longer shelf life, therefore taking a longer time for
your body to break down.
Where to start?

  • Throw away all processed and packet foods! Everything with a label!
  • Throw away all soft drinks, cordials and fruit juices.
  •  Throw away all processed meats.
  •  Stock up your cupboards with healthy, proteins, carbs and fats.
