Our Classes offer a combination of constantly varied functional movements that incorporate aspects of; cardio, strength, weightlifting, gymnastics, agility, balance, and more. Our program, caters to all individuals no matter what age or fitness level.

A driven community, coaching expertise, and sound programming are the foundation of our gym. It is our mission to offer the best possible service aimed at helping people of all fitness levels improve their quality of life.

Take part in our
BUSHFIRE FUNDRASIER  Its time to support the community… 

Our home Australia is burning. The devastating bushfires, so far has damaged; 12.35 million acres of land, killed 17 people, people missing, destroying over 2,500 homes/buildings, leaving families stranded, and sadly over half a billion animals have killed.
It deeply saddens us seeing the devastating fires continue to worsen, with our poor firefighters doing they best they can.

We ask YOU or AM Community to help donate and take apart in our fundraising week, at CrossFit AM. All proceedings, will go to the red cross and Wires to help; support the people and animals in need, who are effected by the devasting fires.

On Saturday 11th at 8.00am we will be conducting a team WOD to honour the firefighters and volunteers.
We ask for a minimum of $10.00 donation entry fee.
Please feel free to bring a friend for this great cause.
